DG Notary AZ pays its independent notaries the state regulated fee for notarial acts + mileage.

PRICING FOR LOAN DOCUMENTS

Seller’s Package – $75.00
Buyer’s Package – $90.00
Refinance – $90.00
Reverse Mortgage – $125.00
HELOC – $60.00
Annuity – $80.00
Debt Consolidation – $80.00

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

  • $50.00 for hospital and jail visit (includes up to 30 min waiting time)

  • $20.00 per Witness provided by DG Notary AZ

  • $25.00 package pick up or drop off w/ third party (plus mileage)

  • $25.00 per 15 minutes waiting time

  • $1.00 / page printing over the printing allowance.

TERMS:Fees payable via cash, cash app, venmo, paypal, or check.
Notary will wait for signing participant(s) up to 10 minutes from the scheduled session start time before waiting time/ cancellations or reschedule policy goes into effect.CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES:

General Notary Appts: No-shows will incur a $10 plus mileage fee.
